Our school has been offered an opportunity to participate in the GIANT A+ School Rewards Test Program.

Sign up one of three ways:

- Print Out - Print and fill out this Designation Card and send it to the school office

- Online - Sign-up your bonus card on-line.

- Giant Stores - Bring it to the Customer Service Center of any participating* GIANT stores.

After you enroll your bonus card using our school's ID number, each shopping trip at a participating* GIANT store using your BONUSCARD earns CASH for our school! You can track the amount of points you earn for our school by checking your grocery receipt. Each month, the amount of CASH awarded will be updated on the GIANT website. Our school will receive a check at the end of the program. The money will be put toward our school's general fund.

Taking just a minute of your time to enroll in this program can make a huge difference to our school. We need your support. Also, don't forget to encourage your friends and relatives to do the same. If you have any questions about the program, please contact the elementary school office at 533-4900.
