ACSI Writing Festival - Senior Faith Anderson and Sophomore David Lear have earned Superior ratings for their entries at the district level.  Their compositions will automatically advance to the next level of competition, the regional level.  Results from the regional level are expected at the end of the school year.

ACSI Speech Meet - will be held Thursday, April 24, 2008 at the Calvary Church in Lancaster from 8:30 AM to approx. 3:30 PM.  Categories for grades 9 - 12 are:  Bible Reading, Devotional Homiletics, Dramatic Interp, Duet Acting, Expository Spkg, Extemporaneous Spkg, Humorous Interp, Impromptu, Individual Acting, Interp of Kiddie Lit, Original Oratory, Rdr's Theater, TV News Team (gr 11-12 only).

Th, Mar 6 from 3:20 - 4 PM

Mon, Mar 17 from 3:30 - 4:15 PM (Speeches requiring memorization must be mastered by this date.)

Th, Apr 3 from 3:20 - 4 PM

Th, Apr 10 from 3:20 - 4 PM (Permission slips are due)

Th, Apr 17 from 3:20 - 4 PM

Mon, Apr 21 from 3:30 - 4:15 PM

SPEECH MEET:  Th, Apr 24 : lv HC at 7:45 AM.  Please do not ride the bus to school.   Make plans for pick up at approx 4 - 4:30 PM at HC.  Please pack a lunch and wear appropriate clothing (no jeans, please).
